At LISAAA, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Return Policy to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Return Window
You may request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order, provided the item meets the conditions listed below.
1.2 Return Conditions
The item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- Returned with all original packaging (tags, box, covers, etc.)
- Returned with proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Customized, altered, engraved, or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Items damaged after delivery
- Hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)
2. Return Process
2.1 How to Initiate a Return
Please follow the steps below:
- Email us at support@lisaaa.com with your order ID, product name, and return reason.
- Our support team will verify and share the return instructions along with the return address.
2.2 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service.
- LISAAA is not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Approval
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- We will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
3.2 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply if:
- The item is returned after the 24-hour window (case-by-case approval).
- The item shows minor signs of use or missing packaging.
3.3 Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are not refundable:
- Shipping fees
- COD charges (if applicable)
- Customs duties or import taxes (for international orders)
4. Exchanges
You may exchange your item for a different size, style, or color within the 24-hour return window.
To request an exchange:
- Follow the same steps as the return process
- Mention clearly that you want an exchange
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 24 hours at support@lisaaa.com
- provide clear photos/videos of the item and packaging
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the mentioned processing time:
- Check your bank or payment app
- Contact your bank/payment provider (processing delays are common)
- If still unresolved, email us at support@lisaaa.com
