  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • Customized or pre-order items may require additional time. Any extended timeline will be mentioned on the respective product page.

1.2 Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS/WhatsApp with complete order details once your order is successfully placed.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship using trusted and verified courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery.

2.1 Domestic Shipping (India)

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Andhra Pradesh (AP) & Telangana (TG): 2 days
  • Other Southern States (except AP & TG): 3–4 days
  • Rest of India: 4–5 days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather, or unforeseen courier delays.

2.2 International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination country.

2.3 Delivery Delays

Delivery estimates are approximate. Delays may happen due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier operational delays
  • Customs verification
  • Remote locations

3. Shipping Charges

3.1 Domestic Shipping

  • Flat ₹100 for all orders across India.

3.2 International Shipping

  • Charges vary according to courier partner rates and delivery destination.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number, and
  • A link to track your shipment on the courier partner’s website.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international customers:

  • Any customs duty, import tax, or additional fee is the customer's responsibility.
  • These charges are not included in the shipping cost.
  • For accurate details, please contact your local customs office.

6. Delivery Issues

6.1 Incorrect Address

Please enter a correct and complete shipping address during checkout.
LISAAA is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6.2 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is:

  • Lost in transit
  • Delivered to the wrong address
  • Received in damaged condition

Please notify us immediately at support@lisaaa.com.
We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.

6.3 Unclaimed / Returned Packages

If your package is returned due to:

  • Being unclaimed
  • Incorrect address
  • Delivery refusal

Reshipping charges may apply.

7. Order Changes or Cancellations

  • Modify your shipping address, or
  • Cancel your order
